BIWAKO CRUISE

MICHIGAN CRUISE

There are three Michigan Cruises to choose from, with different options for your enjoyment.

The Michigan is a wonderful paddle boat which cruises around the south part of Lake Biwa.

Once on board, you can enjoy great music and events, as well as a variety of meals from light snacks to buffet and course meals. The magnificent 360 degree panoramic view from the Michigan sky deck (top floor) will take your breath away.

There are three Michigan cruise courses: The Michigan 80 is an 80 minute daytime cruise where you can enjoy meals and events on board as well as the magnificent Lake Biwa scenery. The Michigan 60 is a 60 minute evening cruise for an easy way to see the lake, and the Michigan Night Cruise is a chance to experience the beauty of the lake in the evening and at night, along with a meal and onboard events.

Passengers can also come on board at Niono-hama Sightseeing Port and Yanagasaki Lakeside Park Port. We look forward to seeing you.

Boat Information

The Michigan is a four-level cruise boat
Passengers can freely use the deck spaces on levels 1 to 4.

Onboard Meal Information

On Michigan cruises, there is a variety of menu options, from authentic course and buffet meals to simple snacks.

In the authentic course and buffet meals, there are various options to experience the skill of the Michigan’s Chef – creative cuisine, meals taking inspiration from Southern USA cuisine such as Creole cuisine and Cajun cuisine, as well as meals using seasonal vegetables and ingredients from Lake Biwa.

While you enjoy the beautiful scenery Lake Biwa has to offer and the delicious food in the gorgeous restaurant, the conversation is sure to flow. In the café and bar, we also have pancakes, drinks and light meals as a more casual option for your cruise.

Great on-board restaurant cuisine is another enjoyable feature of the cruise.
